1. Start with clean, dry skin around your lips (no heavy creams or oils).
2. Peel the strip from the backing, avoiding touching the adhesive too much.
3. Gently press it over the center of your lips and smooth outward.
4. To remove, peel slowly from one corner while supporting the skin with your other hand.

Most people use one strip for a single extended session (for example, while resting, napping, or overnight) and then discard it. It’s designed for one-time use only.
