Refund policy

Returns

We want you to feel confident trying DreamSeal. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.


To start a return, contact us at hello@dreamsealtape.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@dreamsealtape.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost to you.


Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened DreamSeal mouth tape pouches or partially used strips cannot be returned. Only unopened, unused products are eligible for return.
