Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): Free or flat rate depending on cart settings
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): If available, shown at checkout

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24 hours to update.

We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

DreamSeal is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added soon — policies will be updated accordingly.
