Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Contiguous U.S. and Puerto Rico
- Standard (2–5 business days): FREE on every order
- Express (1–3 business days): $9.99
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO
- Economy: $4.99
- Standard: $9.99
- Express: $19.99

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, email us right away at hello@dreamsealtape.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
DreamSeal is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact the carrier first; we are happy to help you file a claim.
